As a Business Analyst at Kvadrant Consulting, you will work closely with our consultants on advising commercial leaders and supporting the transformation of our clients’ sales and marketing functions.
You will be part of an exciting and versatile work environment with a high degree of independence and the opportunity to influence your assignments.
Your primary tasks include:
Conduct commercial analyses, interviews, and desk research
Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making
Support the development of commercial strategies and change roadmaps
Work hands-on with clients to support implementation of changes
Assist with the facilitation and documentation of workshops
Support internal marketing and business development activities
You are a high performer with an easy-going manner. You enjoy working in small teams, bring a growth mindset, and approach tasks with responsibility and initiative.
In terms of ambition, you are interested in pursuing a career in consulting and want to help large B2B companies grow smarter through better commercial execution.
We are looking for candidates who:
Are currently studying for a Bachelor’s degree or in the early stages of a Master’s degree, with strong academic results
Have strong analytical, strategic, and commercial skills
Thrive when given responsibility and show attention to detail
Are team players with strong written and spoken English skills
As a Business Analyst at Kvadrant Consulting, you will work closely with our consultants, advising commercial leaders and supporting the transformation of our clients’ sales and marketing functions.
