Student position

Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong marketing foundation who aspires to a career in management consulting.

What we do

Buyer behavior is changing fast, and the companies that win are the ones that turn data into commercial decisions, not just dashboards. At Kvadrant Consulting, we help senior leaders redesign how their sales and marketing functions operate, so they can grow smarter and faster.

As part of the Elixirr Group, we combine deep commercial expertise with advanced data and digital capabilities. We work with B2B companies on the questions that matter: how to allocate marketing spend, how to translate CRM insight into pipeline, and how to build the commercial infrastructure that scales.

About the role

We’re looking for a part-time Business Analyst with a strong marketing foundation – someone who has worked hands-on with paid media, performance reporting, or CRM platforms, and is now ready to apply that commercial instinct in a consulting context.

This isn’t a generalist role. We want someone who understands what a CPL actually means for a sales funnel, can read a campaign attribution report critically, and knows the difference between a CRM that drives behavior and one that just stores contacts.

Your primary tasks will include:

  • Analysing clients’ commercial and marketing performance from spend efficiency to funnel conversion and CRM utilization
  • Building reports and presentations that translate data into clear strategic recommendations
  • Supporting the development of go-to-market strategies, marketing operating models, and change roadmaps
  • Working directly with client teams to support implementation, not just slide delivery
  • Assisting with workshop facilitation and documentation
  • Contributing to internal thought leadership and business development in the marketing and commercial space

Who we are looking for

You’ve spent time in the marketing trenches, running or analysing paid media campaigns, working inside a CRM, pulling performance reports and you’re intellectually curious about what sits above the execution layer. You want to understand the strategic logic behind commercial decisions, not just optimize the next ad set.

You’re currently studying, performing well academically, and looking for a role that bridges your practical marketing experience with the rigour of management consulting.

Specifically, we’re looking for candidates who:

  • Are enrolled in a Bachelor’s (final year) or Master’s programme, with strong academic results
  • Have hands-on experience with paid media (e.g. Meta, Google, LinkedIn), marketing reporting, or CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics)
  • Can move comfortably between data and narrative – building an analysis and communicating what it means
  • Bring commercial curiosity: you think about why campaigns or channels perform, not just whether they do
  • Are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a workstream independently
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in English, written and spoken

What we offer

You’ll get real consulting experience, not support work. From early on, you’ll be involved in live client projects, building the analytical and strategic toolkit that defines strong management consultants.

Specifically, you can expect:

  • Direct exposure to senior commercial leaders and real strategic challenges
  • The opportunity to apply your marketing expertise in a consulting framework — and develop the skills that sit beyond it
  • A clear development path toward a full-time Management Consultant role post-graduation
  • Ongoing feedback, sparring, and mentorship from experienced consultants and partners

Why Kvadrant

At Kvadrant Consulting, you join a small and ambitious team where learning happens through real responsibility and close collaboration. What you can expect:

  • Early responsibility and involvement in real client projects

  • A culture built on high ambition and low ego

  • A flexible work environment that respects work–life balance alongside your studies

  • A welcoming office in the heart of Copenhagen

  • An active social life including team events, internal training, and offsites

Kvadrant is a place for students who want to learn fast, take responsibility, and be part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together.
