Kvadrant Consulting is seeking Management Consultants with experience in Commercial Due Diligence and Value Realization programs for PE owned companies

About the role

As a Director at Kvadrant Consulting, you will play a key role in building and scaling our Strategy & Transaction practise. You will work closely with partners, investors, and portfolio company leadership teams to shape commercial strategies across the full ownership lifecycle, from target screening and commercial due diligence to post-acquisition value creation.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading and delivering commercial due diligence projects (buy- and sell-side) for private equity clients.

  • Advising PE funds and portfolio company leadership on commercial value creation initiatives pre- and post-acquisition.

  • Leading market assessments, customer analyses, and competitive benchmarking to support investment decisions.

  • Facilitating senior-level workshops and discussions with investors, boards, and executive teams.

  • Contributing to the development of Kvadrant’s PE offering, methodologies, and thought leadership.

  • Coaching and developing junior consultants while working closely with partners on client engagements.

  • Building, landing and maintaining your own pipeline of projects and customers

Who we are looking for​

You are a high performer with strong analytical and commercial acumen. You enjoy working in small, dynamic teams and have a proactive, results-driven mindset.

You are eager to help investors and B2B companies realize their full commercial potential.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has at least 3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or an in-house consulting role.
  • Holds a master’s degree with outstanding results.
  • Possesses strong analytical, strategic, and commercial skills.
  • Can engage with and advise senior leaders with confidence and empathy.
  • Has at least three years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or an in-house consulting role
