Kvadrant Consulting is growing, and we are hiring a Head of Talent Attraction to build and run the engine that brings exceptional people into the firm. You will own the pipeline, shape the candidate experience, and strengthen our employer brand. The role can be 30 hours or full time, with the option to work from home a few days per week.

You take full responsibility for attracting, engaging, and hiring top consulting talent. You work closely with partners and consultants to understand demand, drive structured interview processes, and set the bar for every candidate interaction. You design employer-branding initiatives and translate growth needs into concrete hiring outcomes.
2–4 years of experience in talent attraction, recruitment, or employer branding
Strong sourcing capability and confidence engaging passive talent
Ability to run structured interviews with senior stakeholders
Clear communicator with an analytical approach to recruitment metrics
Operates with autonomy, speed, and full ownership
Danish work permit and ability to work from our Copenhagen office (no remote)
