A Management Consultant at Kvadrant Consulting works directly with a partner, advising commercial leaders on how to transform their sales and marketing functions.
Close collaboration with our experienced partners, combined with continuous support and sparring on projects, provides a strong setting for learning and professional growth.
Your primary tasks include:
Conduct commercial analyses, interviews, and desk research
Write and design presentations and reports
Develop commercial strategies and change roadmaps
Facilitate and document workshops
Work hands-on with clients to support implementation across organization, processes, and capabilities
Take responsibility for project management or workstreams
Support internal marketing and business development activities (e.g. articles, ebooks, and presentations)
You are a high performer with an easy-going manner. You enjoy working in small teams, bring a growth mindset, and combine strong work ethics with a proactive approach.
In terms of ambition, you are ready to take the next step in your career as a Management Consultant, helping large B2B companies grow smarter through stronger commercial execution.
The ideal candidate:
Has a minimum of two years of experience from management consulting or an in-house consulting role
Holds a master’s degree with strong academic results
Possesses strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills
Listens empathetically to senior leaders’ needs and advises with confidence
Thrives at the intersection of technology, people, processes, and business
Is entrepreneurial, autonomous, and self-driven
