Management Consultant

We are looking for a commercially minded professional with a strong marketing or growth foundation who aspires to a career in management consulting.

What we do

Buyer behavior is changing fast, and the companies that win are the ones that turn data into commercial decisions, not just dashboards.

At Kvadrant Consulting, we help senior leaders redesign how their sales and marketing functions operate, so they can grow smarter and faster.

As part of the Elixirr Group, we combine deep commercial expertise with advanced data and digital capabilities. We work with B2B companies on the questions that matter: how to allocate marketing spend, how to translate CRM insight into pipeline, and how to build the commercial infrastructure that scales.

About the role

B2B go-to-market is being rebuilt. AI is compressing sales cycles, reshaping buyer journeys, and turning data quality from a nice-to-have into a growth constraint. Most companies understand the opportunity. Few know how to capture it. This role sits at that gap.

As a Management Consultant in our GTM practice, you will help senior commercial leaders redesign how they go to market: how they segment, prioritise, and engage customers, and how they use technology and data to do it at scale.

You will work directly with a partner from day one, across a portfolio of B2B clients spanning multiple industries.

Your background is in growth. You have 2–4 years of experience operating inside a commercial function or building GTM systems as a practitioner. You understand what it actually takes to move revenue.

At Kvadrant, you will bring that experience into the consulting context and build on it: adding structured problem solving, project management, executive facilitation, and the full management consultant toolbox to what you already know.

Your primary tasks include

  • Design and assess AI-enabled GTM models across segmentation, pipeline management, and customer engagement
  • Analyse commercial data to identify growth levers and prioritisation logic
  • Translate technology and data capabilities into actionable commercial strategies
  • Facilitate workshops and senior leadership sessions
  • Develop recommendations, roadmaps, and implementation plans
  • Contribute to Kvadrant’s thought leadership on AI-first commercial transformation

Who we are looking for

You have operated in a commercial or growth function and built or scaled GTM systems. You think in data, understand CRM and marketing technology, and know how AI is changing what is possible in B2B sales and marketing. You are ready to take what you know and apply it across a broader range of clients and challenges.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has 2 to 4 years of experience in a growth, RevOps, commercial strategy, or GTM role, or from management consulting with a strong commercial technology focus
  • Has hands-on experience with AI tools, CRM platforms, or marketing automation in a commercial context
  • Is comfortable advising senior leaders and structuring complex problems
  • Holds a master’s degree with strong academic results
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, small-team environment with high ownership
  • Holds a valid work permit for Denmark
  • Is based in or willing to relocate to Copenhagen

What we offer

  • Direct partner collaboration and client exposure from day one
  • A practice that sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and applied AI
  • A strong foundation in the management consultant toolbox: structured problem solving, project management, facilitation, and executive communication
  • Clear development path, including partnership for top performers
  • A collaborative, low-ego culture in central Copenhagen
  • Flexibility and strong focus on work-life balance

Compensation

We offer a competitive package including base salary, performance bonus, options, and access to our equity programme through the Elixirr Group. The programme is designed to be genuinely meaningful, not a footnote.
