The Role

We are looking for a part-time Talent Attraction Specialist to join our team and help us shape the future of our consultancy by bringing in top talent. You will play a key role in building and maintaining our talent pipeline and ensuring we continue to attract exceptional candidates who thrive in our culture.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assessing and analyzing the talent pool to identify strong candidates
  • Building and maintaining a structured talent pipeline
  • Organizing and executing talent-related events such as career fairs, networking events, and on-campus activities
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives and communication
  • Acting as a first point of contact for potential candidates

Requirements

  • Currently in the late stages of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or Communications with at least 1 year left of studies
  • Strong interest in recruitment, talent management, or HR
  • Excellent communication skills in fluent English (Danish is a plus, but not required)
  • Based in Copenhagen and able to work from our office downtown
  • Holds a valid work permit for Denmark
  • Proactive, structured, and able to balance academic studies with part-time work
