About the role

You can join Kvadrant Consulting as an intern if you are still studying and want to work directly with our consultants in advising commercial leaders and transform our client’s sales and marketing functions. You will work in an exciting and versatile job environment with a high degree of independence and gain valuable knowledge before you graduate. 

If your performance has been positive after your internship, we will happily discuss the opportunity for you to continue as a Business Analyst or as a Management Consultant after graduation. 

 

Your primary tasks include:

 

  • Conduct commercial analysis, interviews and desk research 
  • Write content for social media 
  • Support senior consultants with external client tasks 
  • Support with internal marketing and business development activities 
  • Ad hoc assignments

You are a high performer and easy-going. You are a team player and enjoy working in small teams. You possess a growth mindset, have high work ethics, and are proactive. In terms of ambitions, you want to take the next step in your career by being a Management Consultant that helps large B2B companies grow smarter through better commercial strategy & execution.

    • Are currently studying a Bachelor’s-degree or Master’s-degree and have received above-average grades
    • Have strong analytical, strategic and commercial skills
    • Thrive with responsibility and display attention to detail
    • Are a team player with excellent written and spoken English skills
    • Know how to structure a presentation in PowerPoint and can analyze basic data in Excel
