Marketing Coordinator (part-time)

 

At Kvadrant, we attribute much of our success to the strength of our marketing activities. To build on this momentum, we’re searching for a qualified marketing coordinator, who is inspired by coordinating marketing activities and content across channels.

The individual will coordinate existing and new content from day one, ensuring a frequent and consistent digital presence. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with design, communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, or social media – work experience from the consulting business is considered a bonus, but not necessary.

Objectives                                                                                                     

  • Be the pulse of Kvadrant’s marketing engine. Coordinate, repurpose, distribute and measure content to ensure we are present and make noise on an ongoing basis.
  • Notify content creators (Partners/Consultants) when the content pipeline is weak, and new content is needed
  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve either immediate and long-term impact, identify improvements for processes and content and communicate these internally
  • Share best practices, marketing ideas and tactics with partners/consultants

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Execute and keep an overview of Kvadrant’s marketing at all times
  • Ensure Kvadrant is frequently and consistently present on selected channels (which this role is measured on)
  • Manage the content lifecycle: manage, distribute, repurpose, measure and archive content such as:
    • SoMe posts, podcasts, newsletters, client cases, articles, videos, website content, webinars, physical events, and more
  • Handle paid media on LinkedIn (and other channels if needed in the future)
  • (Post employer branding content on IG – not done today)

Requirements

 

  • Currently studying bachelor/master’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Can allocate 20 hours a week, on average
  • Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of content marketing
  • Can juggle many balls and keep a sound overview
  • Good writing, communication, and design skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint (to design and repurpose content)

Preferred skills – which can be learned

 

  • Experience with WordPress (CMS) and Hubspot (CRM)
  • Experience with video editing
  • Experience with LinkedIn Business Manager (paid advertising)

Example 1: Video content

 

Partner/Consultant records themselves and sends raw video to Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator’s responsibility:

  • Edit and finish video with video editing software veed.io (cut, insert subtitles, other graphics)
  • Save video in the content database
  • Distribute video on relevant channels (LinkedIn, website, e-mail through Hubspot, etc.), including text, etc.

Example 2: Client case

 

Partner/Consultant briefs Marketing Coordinator on a client project (situation, challenge, solution, impact)

Marketing Coordinator’s responsibility:

  • Write case w. picture and quote from the customer
  • Send the case to the customer for approval
  • Upload customer case on website and LinkedIn after approval

Example 3: Newsletter

 

Partner/Consultant sends newsletter copy to Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator’s responsibility:

  • Edit grammar, flow, etc.
  • Implement newsletter copy in Hubspot e-mail module and insert articles/content with links that fit the theme of the newsletter copy (i.e. digital marketing, sales development, marketing organization, etc.)
  • Send the newsletter to the e-mail database
