  • You will learn the how to put together the 6 building blocks of the customer reference story used in marketing or sales, into one coherent framework. Creating the foundation
  • You will learn how different stories are used along the customer buying process, to meet changing concerns of the buyer (from unawre of problem to fear of making wrong decision).
  • You will learn the different formats (digital & analogue) stories in B2B Marketing & Sales can take and create your own 2-4 stories for subsequent use in specific customer engagement situations
