As we in Kvadrant Consulting are moving our office to a more spacious and delightful office in Palægade, Copenhagen, we are actively in search of a new piccoline/piccolo to assist us with our daily operations from 08:00-14:00 Monday to Friday, with start date as soon as possible.

About the role

When joining Kvadrant Consulting as a piccoline/piccolo, you will be joining a fast-paced working environment where teamwork and a positive spirit is highly valued.

We are looking for a piccoline/piccolo who can join us from 08:00 to 14:00 Monday-Friday, and who will contribute to the positive atmosphere and play a significant role in our daily operations.

Your primary tasks will include:

  • Completion of practical tasks related to both internal-and external meetings.
  • Handling daily tasks such as tidying up, ordering office supplies, and light cleaning now and then.
  • Participating in the planning and execution of larger-and smaller events, both in office-and out of office.
  • Handling of other relevant ad-hoc tasks.

  • Master Danish and English in both written and spoken forms.

  • Have an eye for detail and takes pride in accomplishing even smaller tasks with high quality.
